Hi Tech Facility
|
- Our raw material is stored in a -20ºC cold room specially imported from Europe. Storing our raw material at -20ºC maintains product freshness and is able to wholly prevent any kind of bacterial contamination.
- Our state of the art hot oil boilers are fully automated and specially imported from Europe. Incorporating the most advance technology currently available, our process totally eliminates the need for human handling and the risk of bacterial cross contamination.
- Finished products are quickly frozen via a -40ºC flash freezer imported from the USA for above RM1,000,000. The machine incorporates a spiral conveyor that sends the products into the flash freezer without the need for human handling wherein the product temperature is immediate lowered to -20ºC within the first 30 minutes.
- Fully automated packaging machines imported from Japan place the products in their final packaging without the need for human handling
- Before being sent to consumers, all products are subjected to a final metal composition scan.
